TL;DR (Too Long Didn’t Read) – Complex, easy to drink cider with a gentle sweet start and a slightly sharp end. Beautiful caramel scent. Must try!

Dan’s Thoughts

Unlike this cider’s Canadian avian-aquatic counterpart, it’s not vicious, violent or intimidating – certainly couldn’t break the arm of a child!

The smell is a rich, mouthwatering caramel scent. I found myself smelling it more than I was drinking it!

It’s a complex cider, and by complex I mean that I like it, but I can’t work out why.
It’s smooth in the mouth, a sweet tip to it at the start, finishing with a slight sharp, “inner apple core” taste to finish.

This cider is clear and has a really nice light, treacle colour to it.

If you’re after an EASY TO DRINK CIDER, this is your boy!
