KEY TAKEAWAYS
Pulpt’s Limited Edition 3’s dark brown bottle hides what this cider looks like.
When you pour this cider out, into a clear glass obviously, you’re greeted with a beautiful dark amber liquid. It’s burnt toffee colouration is accompanied with a gentle, refreshing fizz.
Unfortunately I wasn’t able to pick up much from the smell. I’m not sure if my nose was having an off day, or that’s just the cider, but all I could pick up on was a subtle sweetness.
This is where this cider shines, and it shines bright!
What Pulpt have done with the Tremlett Bitter apple is incredible. They’ve taken the characteristics and masterfully crafted a cider that takes you on a jounrey.
I often talk about cider journeys and I try not to unless its apt – it’s apt in this case.
When you take your first sip, sweetness coats your tongue in an inviting caress. As you sit on it and give into your sweet tooth, a drought kicks in. Your tongue dries up and the bitter apple skins barge in, teamed with pulpy notes.
Pulpt have truly crafted an experience with Ltd Editions 3. I love that they’ve chosen to house this cider in a 750ml bottle. It tells me that they’re really proud of what they’ve created and want to showcase this cider. They want it to be shared, and I’m so glad I can share this cider with the world.
